Workouts For Your Workday (printable workout)

A couple of weeks ago I asked you what you wanted me to blog about next and one popular one was quick workouts you could do at work. So I made some for you.

There are 3 different workouts one to fit every type of workplace. But don’t stop at the office. These are also great anytime, quick little calorie burns to help you reach your goals that much faster and to just leave you feelin’ good.

We started Flat Belly Boot Camp 2.0 yesterday. It’s a great group of women. I’ll be sure to share their soon to be great results.  And I don’t usually do this but I’ve partnered up with another well known Elk Grove fitness professional and we are going to roll right from Flat Belly Boot Camp into a challenge. The 21k challenge. It’s way early so I won’t get to into it but you’re probably gonna be wanting to have these office workouts handy to help you out.
