Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

Q -Is this program suitable for Beginners?
A -YES! We will modify any exercise as needed to accommodate your fitness level. We firmly believe that you should start where you are and progress from there. Beginners are welcome as well as more advanced exercisers. This program is designed for beginner to advanced.

Q- Will I Be Walking Into a Room With A Bunch Of Super Fit Skinny Women?
A- Fair questions. The answer is NO! We have a variety of fitness levels in each of our program. There will be other women who are just starting out like you and there are women that have been at it for a while. The cool thing is the women that have been at it for a while started out as beginners too. So rather than looking down on you, they will be your biggest cheerleaders and supporters because they were where you are not so long ago. They know firsthand how hard it is and how far you can go and they will support you to make it happen.
Q- How many people are in each session?
The amount of women per session varies but usually ranges from 10-20. No matter the size however our coaches are expert in making sure you receive the special attention you need reach your goals!
Q – What do I need to bring?

A – Nothing. We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle, an exercise mat or towel and a sense of adventure!

Q- Will You Help Me With My Diet?
A – You can work out 5 hours a day but if what you eat is not supportive your results will be minimal. At Get StrongHer we believe in eating whole, REAL foods that will support you on your journey to get Strong, Fast, Lean and Sexy. So the answer is yes, we will meet you where you are now and guide you on the path to do better.
Q -How is this different than the local health club?

A – Our Boot Camp is a women’s only fitness program in our own private facility designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club you won’t encounter intimidation or overcrowding.

Q- Are there showers?
A – No
Q -Can I start Booty Boot Camp at anytime?
A – Yes we are an ongoing program. We do not run in blocks. You will need to do an initial orientation before jumping in full speed but we welcome you to come for a free trial of one of our sessions. Just click on of the links above to get started.
