I wanted to let you know about an opportunity for 2 women in the Sacramento area to work with me for individualized personal training.
Aside from one long-time client I have gotten away from personal training but recently I have been doing a bit more of it and am really enjoying it.
However, since it is much more involved and time intensive I can only take a limited amount of women on at one time.
So, I am accepting just 2 women who are super serious about their results and willing to do the work required to get them.
One of my newest PT clients has lost 13 pounds in her first month!
Now of course, everyone is different and your results will differ, but that just goes to show the power of committing big time to a goal and having an extra push to make it happen.
So, if you’ve tried the gym and lost motivation, or maybe even joined a group setting but feel like you want even more accountability and direction then I invite you to apply now.
Current availability is mid-mornings (in the 8 ‘o clock hour)
as well as early mornings (starting between 5-6:30am. Time can be set according to your schedule as well)

RESULTS AT AN AFFORDABLE RATE
Cost: This is probably the first question that most women have when considering personal training.
And it’s valid. However, keep in mind a deal is not a deal if you’re not getting the results you are after.
Working with me in a personal training setting will not be as cheap as your monthly big box membership but the return on your investment will be HUGE.
To keep the cost fair each session is conducting in a 2-on-1 format. Meaning 2 clients with me at a time.
You will still have your own individualized plan and loads of personal attention.
That being said cost range between 299-399/month depending on how often you would like to train.
This is less than half the average rate for personal training.
