A Candy Bar For Breakfast AND a Flat Belly

Ok, so not really a candy bar, you know I would never set you up for an insulin rollercoaster like that, but I have something else I think you’ll like. One of the breakfast smoothies off the new Flat Belly Boot Camp 2.0 menu has a shake called Almond Joyousness and it’s good for you peoples. How bout that?

Before I give you the recipe I want to have a little conversation with you…..Look down at your belly right now….is there a little wiggle? A little spillage maybe? Take some action. In 21 days you can make a big difference in what you see and how you look. Starting, choosing, deciding….all difficult first steps I know but here’s my promise to you; if you’ll agree to show up and do your part my team and I will support you every step of the way. Things will be different for you on October 8th (the end of the 21 days). Those jeans you are squeezing into now could be sliding on. That cute top you never where cause it rides up or is too tight in the belly area….you could be wearing it. Take action!

We start Monday September 19th.  Call my office at 925-321-5053 and let Sarah know that you want in on the 21 Day Flat Belly Boot Camp and she’ll get you all dialed and ready for Monday September 19 or you can go here and register directly:

Ok, so now for that sinfully delicious shake!

Almond Joyousness

  • 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
  • 8 -12 oz Liquid Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon all natural almond butter (accurate measuring here ladies, let’s keep the calories in check)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon almond extract
  • 1-2 Tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut (depends on how much you like coconut)
  • 2 Teaspoons – 1 Tablespoon cacao nibs (depends on how chocolaty you want it)
  • Stevia or splenda to sweeten
  • Ice cubes

Put your almond milk into the blender first and then add all the rest. Blend it until it’s smooth.

Tip: This is also a great dessert!

Enjoy my friends!
