At Home Cardio Workout (video)

Hey There,

I’ve got a new video for you today.

It’s a quick @home workout that is one of the ways we do “cardio” at BBC.

I actually made it for the participants in this years Little Black Dress Transformation Challenge but I thought I’d share this one with you all as well.

This workout is a booty and thigh burner as well as a calorie scorcher.

Keep in mind that there is no such thing as “spot-reducing” so to lose fat anywhere you have to lose fat everywhere.

I say this as I know that a lot of you are concerned with belly fat as opposed to lower body fat. However your legs are your biggest group of muscles in your body. If you add some muscle there you will burn more calories in general. Calories burned equals fat burned everywhere, including your belly. So don’t skip this workout because you’d rather do abs. Working on your legs is one of the quickest ways to less wiggle and jiggle in the abs.

If you are more advanced you can complete the 3 minute Tabata segment at the beginning. If you are a beginner go straight to the main portion of the workout.
