Last week my boot camp and I were featured on the local Fox station and I wanted to share the clips with you and give you the actual workouts we did in the segments . They are very quick and you can get a great “off-day” workout in in about 5 minutes.
In this first one I show some of my favorite crunchless ab moves and we talk about my favorite subject: FOOD.

Calorie Scorching Crunchless Abs (watch the video again to see the moves in action)
Mountain jumpers (also called 2-footed mountain climbers) -10 reps
Floor Jacks –10 reps
Creepy crawlers –10 reps (5 on each side)
Put all 3 moves together into one giant move. So it would look like: (1) mountain jumper-to-(1) floor jack-to-(1) creepy crawler (1 on each leg), that would equal 1 rep. Do that giant combo 10 times as well.
Rest 60 seconds and then run through the entire workout again 2-3 more times for a total of 3-4 circuits.
Your abs will be fried if you keep proper form. Your arms and legs will get a good workout from their supportive role and you should be dripping sweat.
