In my last blog post I gave you a pretty high intensity at-home ab/cardio workout.
I got a lot of emails asking me questions on how to do each move so I went ahead and make a super short video showing each move.
This workout had me sweating like crazy and today my abs are nice and sore (that’s such a good feeling). Go ahead and watch the video to see how to do each move and then print up the workout and get to it. Squeeze it in at least 2 more time this week along with your regular strength training.
