I think it’s pretty safe to assume that if you are on this email list or a reader of my blog then you are into fitness and want to LOOK like it!

Over the last few emails I talked about all the myths and misinformation you may have been seeing and or practicing for years to achieve your goal but you’re just not getting anywhere.

Things like: Hours of cardio, light weights w/ high reps to tone, super low-calorie diets, low-fat diets, banishing carbs, ughh….just writing that list makes me feel weak and deprived.

Well it’s time to change all of that and I want to introduce to you something that is so near and dear to my core about how fitness should be:

Now before I talk about it let me make one thing clear:

THIS IS NOT BOOT CAMP!

This is NOTHING like boot camp, mine (which is pretty awesome) or any other boot camp you’ve ever been to.

Starting Monday July 22 Beast Mode Squad is launching! And it is going to ROCK. YOUR. SOCKS!

The Beast Mode Squad is going to finally put your questions about how to get fit and lean to rest.

Here is what is involved:

• 2 strength training sessions a week with me, Mondays at 7pm and Fridays at 6:15pm.
I know these may not be your ideal times but we have a pretty packed boot camp schedule and besides this is SO going to be worth being out a little late.

• This session of Beast Mode Squad is 6 Weeks long

• This is limited to 10 people. That’s it!

•Each training session is 1 hour

•Each workout is customized to YOU.

•Meal plan designed for your specific calorie needs

• Daily food logging (you’ll send me what you ate every single day…by far the most important and valuable component. This is one of the reasons the group must be kept to 10.
Every day I will comb your specific journal to guide you to the right choices, timing, etc.

•Step-by-step cardio plan for when you’re not training with the Beast Mode Squad (the right kind of cardio, not the muscle eating kind you’re doing now).

•Professional experienced direction on how to lift the right way to shape curvy feminine muscle.
Its not JUST about picking up heavy stuff!
In my years of training and study I have learned some pretty advanced techniques on how to lift to literally sculpt your body parts the way you want them to look.
With Beast Mode Squad we are going to dig in deep and recruit muscle fibers you don’t even know you have to lean you out and make your figure pop!
You’ve probably never worked out quite like this before!

The cost is $299, it’s limited to 10 people MAX!

So who should do this? YOU if you:

•Want to lift to create a feminine shape and avoid a bulky look.

•You are currently working out seriously and you want to take it to the next level.

•You are a beginner and you want to start of your fitness journey the RIGHT way.

•You are intrigued by the idea of lifting progressively heavier but are not sure how to do it correctly and safely.

•You have less than 40lbs to lose (Note: you are NOT going to lose 40lbs in 6 weeks, you will however make great progress)

I am really excited about this program. This is the type of program I used to do day in and day out with 1-on-1 clients and it never failed to produce stunning transformations for those that stuck to the plan.

But here is the cold hard truth:
THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

I am not just going to take anyone who is willing to pay.

I ONLY want serious women who are ready to make changes to the way they train and eat.

If you don’t want to work out on a Friday night, don’t want to lift more than 10lbs and don’t want to step waaaay outside your comfort zone then this is NOT for youand if I feel you are not ready I will simply refund you and move on to the next person on the waiting list.

I repeat: This is ONLY for women who want to seriously take their training to the next level.
